Fruit Cake

Well, the correct title for this cake is "Fondant Package Cake". The pictures below will explain how its done. :-)

First, line the pink fondant strips on the cake.

Next, prepare the bows and use a tissue to support the curve.

Lay the 2 strips of ribbon ends at one of the corner of the cake. Then, with a little royal icing, put the bows on the center and let it stick. For the rest of the space, have fun!!

Don't forget to pipe the borders at the bottom of the cake and make curly strips of fondant as ribbon curls. :-)

Stain Glass Cookies

I found this recipe from Martha Stewart's website. These are actually butter cookies and in the middle, are Fox fruit candies. So, the flavour of the candies made the cookies more interesting. :-)

Devil's Cake

Janice requested Ben10 for her 6 year old son. So, yours truly thought of all sort of design to depict Ben10 because no-way, I can draw a Ben10!! Difficult... (and oh yeah, m&ms - is a must haves too).  In the end, this is the outcome of the cake.

Green, White and Black - Ben10 colors.
Janice bought 6 little figurines to be put on the cake. This really help decorate the cake.
Hope Tristan like it. :-)

Rum Raisin Cake

This is from my finale Course 2 class. We were told to do the basket weave.. and I think, my basket weave requires urgent practice! haha... take a look....

Beautiful huh? Its not mine. This is the chef's!! damn... mine is below.

Ok.. the angle of the camera is not meant to showcase the basket but the flowers. hahaha.

Chocolate Chip Cake

Well, this cake is for Sharon's dearest 7 year old Davin's Birthday celebration with his schoolmates. So, I tried to make this cake colorful and fun! AND, yummy. So, here comes the sugar rush!

The cake is accompanied by little cuppies of Elmo and Cookie Monster :-)
