Baking for Fun

The spark of interest in baking came from the Double Chocolate Brownie I baked out of curiosity. Since then, it was for two charity funfairs, one-month baby celebrations, birthdays to just-feel-like-it situations. I am still learning the ropes in baking. That is why some disaster outcome is shown here too. Thanks to my family & friends and my colleagues, who have been the best Test Subject, I managed to get some inspiration.

Chocolate Chip Cupcakes & Devil's Cake

The Elmo is the improved version. Royal icing on buttercream. Gotta' eat this fast!!!




and.. for the cake Rosalyn has been waiting for....

6 inch on top and 9 inch at the bottom = 5.5kg cake! Thats a lot of cakes!! haha
