The spark of interest in baking came from the Double Chocolate Brownie I baked out of curiosity. Since then, it was for two charity funfairs, one-month baby celebrations, birthdays to just-feel-like-it situations.
I am still learning the ropes in baking. That is why some disaster outcome is shown here too.
Thanks to my family & friends and my colleagues, who have been the best Test Subject, I managed to get some inspiration.

Grated Cheddar Cheese Cake
This is from my Lesson 3. The cake tastes light and if you like Parmesan cheese, you'd like this cake.
