The spark of interest in baking came from the Double Chocolate Brownie I baked out of curiosity. Since then, it was for two charity funfairs, one-month baby celebrations, birthdays to just-feel-like-it situations.
I am still learning the ropes in baking. That is why some disaster outcome is shown here too.
Thanks to my family & friends and my colleagues, who have been the best Test Subject, I managed to get some inspiration.

Wholemeal Bak Kwa Bread
These are done under my sis's supervision. So far, I've not done one batch independently. :-)
